Fall Asleep in 5 Minutes or Less With This Simple Sleep Hack

 There are several ways to fall asleep and to fall asleep quickly. But to really help yourself fall asleep fast, without using any additional technology, try this two minute hack! It’s a simple breathing exercise to soothe your brain and get to the ideal level of calm before bed, making it easy to fall asleep in no time. 

  1. Breathe in through your nose for four seconds.
  2. Hold your breath for seven seconds.
  3. Slowly breathe out through your mouth for eight seconds. 
  4. Repeat this process until you fall asleep.

This super simple technique acts like a natural tranquilizer by slowing down your heart rate. This is one technique that won’t leave any side effects nor will it lose its effectiveness over time. In fact, the more you use this technique, the better it will work. Happy sleeping!
